Members, please note you do not have to access site through wet, muddy conditions or work in the rain. This can be unsafe and bad for your health.
The Award and all Enterprise Agreements have clauses dealing with this. Contact your safety rep, safety committee or safety officer if this exists on your site. If the problems do not get resolved contact your CFMEU organiser or the office on (08) 8231 5532.
