Magistrate has adjourned Ark Tribe's court hearing to 2.00 pm tomorrow (Wednesday 16th June) to decide whether it will go ahead. Please join us from 1.30 pm tomorrow to again cheer Ark into the courtroom and show your support.

The "case was adjourned to enable the Magistrate to consider written submissions about a preliminary point raised by Ark Tribe's lawyer. The defence argument is that the ABCC official who initiated the prosecution against Ark does not have standing to do so" says Dave Noonan, CFMEU National Secretary of the Construction & General division.
