
CFMEU Tax Guide 2012 & Tax Office targets sham contracting flyer - out now!
The CFMEU's Tax Guide for members completing tax returns for 2011-12 is out now in Branches.
For the new financial year, the CFMEU also alerts construction workers to the new reporting rules for contractors that took effect on July 1, 2012. The Tax Office is also targeting sham contracting in construction in 2012-13.

The Tax Guide 2012 is based on information from the Australian Tax Office website and the latest Occupational Ruling for building workers and should be used with the ATO's Individual Tax Return Instructions 2012.
