Cbus Property's One$0 William Street, Perth received a 5-Star rating by the Green Building Council in 2008, with a score of 71 points.
Rather than relying on building technology to enhance its environmental capability, the building has been carefully oriented and massed so that it is self shading and able to 'breathe'.

The 30-unit Green Star project has been designed to be energy efficient and built using environmentally friendly materials. Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compunds) emitting products are used in paints, glues and sealants inside the buildings, making the apartments healthier places to live.
