Notice of Rule Alteration Applications

• The CFMEU has made application to Fair Work Australia for alteration to Rules 8, 29, 30, 38, 40 and 42 of the Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, Construction & General Division.
  A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
