Notice of Rule Alteration Applications

• The CFMEU has made application to Fair Work Commission for alteration to Rule 9 - Divisional Executive of the Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union, Construction and General Division.  A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Commission.

A notice in accordance with Regulation 126(1)(a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with Fair Work Australia.
